Volunteer to Help

We are looking for volunteers to help out at the upcoming meeting! We love getting help from undergrads, grads, postdocs, and local amateur astronomers to help at registration, usher at events, and help with various other odd (but greatly appreciated) jobs. This is a great chance to meet and mingle with your peers, get up to date on the newest science, and pick up some cool freebies in the Exhibit Hall.

Volunteers who sign up to work a minimum of 8 hours will each receive complimentary meeting registration*, access to the Exhibit Hall and all of the sessions. Please fill out the form below if you are interested in volunteering.

*Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee a volunteer spot. All volunteers must complete 8 hours of service. We will reach out to the confirmed volunteers with the schedule mid April.

The volunteer deadline has passed.

Volunteer as a Session Chair

Our meetings are composed of sessions in which colleagues present their latest research results. Each session has a volunteer Session Chair who helps facilitate and moderate the session. Session Chairs are very important and help improve the scientific value of our conferences for everyone.
