All rooms are subject to a 15.5% state and occupancy tax per room per night. These taxes are imposed by the state and county and are not under the control of the hotel or the AAS. Guests are responsible for paying room, tax, and incidental charges.
To ensure the AAS group rate, reservations must be made by 16 May 2024.
Method of Payment and Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. A credit card will be charged for all no-shows and for all reservation canceled within forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival. Cancellation fee is one night’s room and tax charge.

The AAS is providing this form to help participants find potential roommates, but all arrangements must be made by the attendees.
Note that selecting a roommate is a personal choice and should be undertaken with care. You are not obligated to accept any roommate you are uncomfortable with for any reason.
